Brad Boyle misses cut at pro golf event in Alberta
Brad Boyle’s second foray into the Canadian PGA Tour did not go as well as his first. The Kingston golfer missed the cut at the Syncrude Boreal Open, which enters its final round Sunday at Fort McMurray, Alta.
Boyle, who finished 50th in the tour’s first stop at Victoria last month, shot a two-over-par 74 and a nine-over 81 in his two rounds in Alberta, missing the cut by 10 strokes.
The next event on the tour, the Players Cup, will be contested next week in Winnipeg.
